Exercise Plan for this Week

Here is my exercise plan for the week.  Hold me accountable to it!  It is easy to put other things first but exercise is so important.

Sunday: 60 minutes on treadmill
Monday: Teach Zumba
Tuesday: Go to evening Zumba/back & biceps weight workout
Wednesday: 20 minutes elliptical/chest & triceps weight workout
Thursday: off day
Friday: Jillian Michael's 30-day shred video at home
Saturday: teach Zumba

I recently read an article about diet and exercise.  Here is an interesting fact.  For weight loss, diet is hands down the most important.  For mental well-being, exercise wins by a landslide.  However, for overall health & longevity you must have a mixture of the two and both are equally important.  Makes sense, right?
